This project began with a simple goal: to provide truly independent, third-party test results to consumers. We purchase products just as any normal customer would, submit them to accredited third-party laboratories, and publish the raw lab reports publicly so consumers can review the data for themselves.

As the market has evolved—particularly with the rapid expansion of kratom-derived and emerging alkaloids—our focus has expanded as well. The Alkaloid Consumers group is now placing increased attention on newer alkaloids that have not been widely or consistently tested.

We understand that in some cases laboratories may still be developing validated methods for potency analysis of novel compounds. However, even when full potency panels are not yet available, meaningful safety testing can still be conducted. Screening for residual solvents, heavy metals, microbial contamination, and other potentially harmful substances remains critical. Our priority is to ensure consumers have access to objective safety data, even in areas where regulatory oversight and standardized testing are still catching up.
